Gus plays the trailer for the new motion picture “Spotlight,” which tells the story of those who uncovered the Boston priestly sex abuse scandal and gets listener reaction. Some callers commented on the film while others commented on the scandal itself.
Gus also plays a round of Get to Know Me, where callers who get on the air are asked three random questions and win a prize afterwards.
And, lastly, Gus sits down with Roger Dubin in the Conversion Corner. Roger grew up in the Jewish faith in New York and had a deep dislike of Jesus Christ and His followers. He experienced the first inklings of his conversion to the Catholic faith when he had a profound experience watching the news footage of the election of Pope Benedict XVI in 2005.
