Gus broadcasts today from Holy Spirit Parish at Geist in Fishers, Indiana to take part in a celebration of the musical “The Cross and the Light.” He starts off talking with ex-NFL player Joe Reitz who played nine years for the Ravens, Dolphins and Colts and later talks with some of the cast members of “The Cross and the Light,” including Kenny Watson, who plays Jesus, Ashley Rozanski, who plays Mary Magdalene and Bradley Ellison, who portrays Judas Iscariot.

Gus also talks with Wally Veasey, who helped bring the Cross and the Light to Holy Spirit Parish at Geist. Wally was brought to the faith via his wife’s stroke and he shares his and her recovery story. And he’s later joined by David Worland, principal of Cathedral High School in Indianapolis, Indiana, who talks about Catholic education as part of our Lenten 40/40/40 Project. David and Gus encourage listeners to donate to their local Catholic school. If you’d like to donate to Cathedral High School, click here.
