Inspired by today’s first reading (Acts 9: 1-20), which recounts the story of the conversion of St. Paul, Gus asks listeners to call in who have ever been anti-Catholic, or anti-religious, and experienced a religious conversion (Pictured below is Caravaggio’s 1601 painting “Conversion of St. Paul).

Also, Bishop John Barres, of the Diocese of Allentown, Pennsylvania, calls in to the program to talk about the 49 permanent deacons he’ll be ordaining tomorrow, which just happens to be the largest class in the country. To read more about it, click here.
