In today's Gospel reading from Luke 2, we read about the prophetess Anna.
"And coming forward at that very time, she gave thanks to God and spoke about the child to all who were awaiting the redemption of Jerusalem."
Anna was one of the first evangelists (or evangelizers). She spoke about the child Jesus to all who would listen. Sounds like something we should be doing.
Father, may we, too, speak of Jesus and His saving love to all, as Anna did. Amen.
