Gus talks about yesterday's election results, which were disappointing in some states. Issue 1 in Ohio, which proposed to enshrine abortion up to the moment of birth into the state constitution and take away the rights of parents with minors who are seeking an abortion, passed overwhelmingly. Gus talks with listeners about where the pro-life movement goes from here and replays a conversation that he had earlier with a viscerally anti-Catholic caller to show what we're up against.

Also, Gus is joined by Damien O'Connor, vice president of evangelization and faith formation for the Knights of Columbus, to talk about their new marriage video series called "Into the Breach: the Mission of the Family." Its purpose is to show couples how to have a Christ-centered marriage.

Gus, you are making a “difference” so keep fighting the fight! With regard to the anti-Catholic caller – if he truly is sooo anti-Catholic why does he listen to the Catholic channel? Is he subconsciously searching for his lost faith? Stay the course Gus 💟✝️

I would like to ask for a different response. Rather than “Americans love abortion.”, add ‘Some’ Americans love abortion. I am sad with you, Gus. However, lets focus on the % that voted against and how we can spread our message more effectively, by showing our love.

After listening to your broadcast today I came away with one question. Who do you know wants to have an abortion? As Pope Francis says “who am I to judge”. Yes abortion is horrendous but without knowing what a woman is going through or the circumstances do not judge
that would be the Christian thing to do. And again it is up to the woman and her beliefs not some men who frankly want to have control over a woman’s body if som have ALL men get vasectomies! Think before passing judgement.

While listening to your show on the way to morning mass this morning, I was fortunate or unfortunate to hear the earlier viscerally anti-Catholic caller. His call literally made me nauseas. I was sick to my stomach though the entire mass. I prayed for that man in hopes the Lord may save him.
My question is: Can you post that conversation with a link so i may share it with friends and fellow parishioners?
