Tim Tebow Super Bowl Ad
So what was all the controversy about? Turns out that the Tim Tebow Super Bowl ad was totally innocent…innocuous even! Yet the culture-of-death-ites got their panties in a huge wad before it was ever aired. Actually, I think this was genius on the part of Focus on the Family. It revealed the true character of some in the pro-abortion crowd as being truly anti-choice. Great job, Focus on the Family! Watch the ad below.
Canadian Station Pulls Ad - “Too Graphic”
In Kelowna, British Columbia, CHBC TV has done an about face and is now refusing to air a pro-life ad that they had originally agreed to air. Read the full story at LifeSite News. I think this is tragic. Watch the ad below and decide for yourself. From ultrasounds to graphic images like this, the pro-abortion side wants women (and the general public) to remain blind and ignorant to the truth.
March for Life
On Friday, January 22, I had the privilege of broadcasting live from the 37th annual March for Life in Washington, DC. What an amazing day! Below are some photos from the day, along with some quick comments on each. All the photos are courtesy of Seize the Day’s amazing producer, Emily Marlow.
At the end of the broadcast, we had two archbishops in our little broadcast tent. With microphone in hand is Archbishop Jonah of the Orthodox Church. With the headset on is Archbishop Kurtz of the Catholic Archdiocese of Louisville. Right before the show ended, we received a blessing from each archbishop. What a special moment!
Numerous politicians spoke at the March for Life. Pictured here is me speaking with Congressman Jeff Fortenberry of Nebraska. Congressman Fortenberry is a champion of the pro-life cause. He talked about how we have to change hearts and attitudes before we will be able to change law.

This was the scene as I looked out of our little broadcast tent. Throngs of peaceful people holding their signs with the Washington Monument in the background made quite an impression on me.
Prayer for Priests
Each morning I begin my show, Seize the Day, with a Prayer for Priests. During this Year for Priests, I ask that you join me in praying for our priests daily. Here is the prayer:
O Jesus, I pray for Your faithful and fervent priests; for Your unfaithful and tepid priests; for Your priests laboring at home or abroad in distant mission fields; for Your tempted priests; for Your lonely and desolate priests; for Your young priests; for Your dying priests; for the souls of Your priests in purgatory. But above all I recommend to You the priests dearest to me: the priest who baptized me; the priest who absolved me from my sins; the priests at whose Masses I assisted and who gave me Your Body and Blood in Holy Communion; the priests who taught and instructed me; all the priests to whom I am indebted in any other way. O Jesus, keep them all close to Your heart, and bless them abundantly in time and in eternity. Amen

Seize the Day Helps Fulfill Damon’s Wish
