Gus talks about today's Feast of St. James the Greater and how the saint just sort of popped into his life as he walked the Camino de Santiago a few years ago. He invites listeners to call in and talk about a saint who popped into their lives.
Also, Andrea Picciotti-Bayer of the Conscience Project calls in to talk about the update on the FBI's disturbing memo out of its Richmond field office that encouraged and supported profiling and infiltrating "traditionalist Catholic parishes," i.e., Catholic who attend the traditional Latin mass. FBI Director Christopher Wray faced a barrage of questions regarding this earlier this month during a House Judiciary Committee hearing and denounced the memo, but stopped at providing any further detail on who issued it and why. It is also something that hasn't received much news media outside of politically conservative religious news organizations. Andrea gets into the nuts and bolts of this with Gus and if anything will ever come of it.
