Gus talks about how his work as a Catholic speaker and parish mission host sends him all over the country and, every once in a while, he'll have a random spiritual encounter with somebody sitting next to him on a plane or a train that has often led to long conversations about faith. He asks listeners if anything like that has ever happened to them.
And, again, Gus opens the phones up to Lenten penances. We're less than two weeks away and Gus offers a Rosary or a reading as their Lenten penance to listeners who get on the air.
